Why three crafts, one room

In most companies, design hands to engineering and engineering hands to security, a week before launch. Every handover loses something.

What changes when they sit together

Designers learn which patterns are risky before they draw them. Engineers hear the user’s problem first-hand. Researchers spot the weak point in a sketch, when fixing it costs nothing.

It is slower in the first week and much faster after that. Nothing gets thrown back over a wall.

“We design it, we build it, and we make sure it stays safe.”
