Questions
What counts as one request?
One piece of work with a clear result: a new screen, a feature, a security review of a release. Bigger projects are split into steps and done one after another.
How fast is the first draft?
Two working days for most requests on Perch, one day on Hunt and Parliament. Larger pieces get a date when you send them.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes, at the start of any month. Moving up takes effect the same day, moving down from the next month.
Is a full penetration test part of the plan?
On Parliament, one a year is included. On other plans we quote it as a security research project, and your plan can run alongside it.
Why do prices differ by country?
We price for the market our clients work in. Companies billed in Nigeria pay in naira, the rest of Africa and everyone else in dollars. It follows where your company is billed, not where you happen to browse from.
